Man Beats Sick Brother's 60yr Old Wife for refusing to show him his brother properties and collecting rentage






A 60-year-old lady, Mrs. Olufunke Labinjo, was supposedly thrashed into a bloody mess by her brother by marriage, Kamoru Labinjo, for opposing his endeavor to persuasively assume control over the administration of her wiped out spouse's property.

The denounced supposedly ambushed the complainant openly by down-pouring blows all over. The episode happened when Kamoru demanded taking stock of the structures claimed by his debilitated sibling, Alhaji Shamsideen Labinjo, and requested that Olufunke take him to the properties. .

It was learnt that Kamoru additionally questioned Olufunke's entitlement to gather leases on her significant other's properties. Olufunke, a merchant at Balogun Market,Lagos, maintained wounds to her head and was conceded at the Shomolu General Hospital,Lagos. .

The issue was accounted for to the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos and Kamoru was in this manner captured and summoned before an Ikeja Chief Magistrate's Court on November 3, 2017 for ambush. .

He argued not liable. In the suit number MIK/A/250/17, Commissioner of Police versus Kamoru Labinjo, the police told the court that the charged conferred the offense on September 22, 2017 at Balogun Market.
