FMC Umuahia Carries Out First Kidney Transplants On Two Patients, For Free





The Federal Medical Center (FMC), Umuahia, Abia State has effectively done its first kidney transplantation.

The kidney transplant which was done on two patients was directed for nothing out of pocket. The surgery started on Thursday, December 7 and was finished on Friday morning around 10:00 a.m.
