A woman identified as Mary Okoronkwo, has been seriously brutalized by a few officers of the Anambra State government, for not utilizing a walker connect in Onitsha.
As per the report, the scene happened yesterday at the walker connect near Uga, Onitsha. Ms. Okoronkwo had gone to the state, from Asaba, Delta State, to get a few products and she didn't think about the walker connect.
