English lady imprisoned for three years in Egypt for drug peddling




A British lady blamed for sneaking medications into Egypt has been imprisoned for a long time, as indicated by Sky.

Laura Plummer, 33, a shop laborer from Hull, was captured as she entered the nation conveying 320 tramadol tablets in her bag.

Her family said they were for her Egyptian accomplice, Omar Caboo, who experiences extreme back agony and asserted Ms Plummer, who they depict as "dumb", had no clue what she was doing was unlawful.

Tramadol, a painkiller, is lawful in the UK yet restricted in Egypt.

The family, who have held up a prompt interest, said Ms Plummer made no endeavor to shroud the drug, which she was given by a companion, when she was sought by traditions authorities as she touched base for an occasion with her accomplice on 9 October.

Ms Plummer's mom, Roberta Sinclair, went to Egypt for the hearings.
